The Major Pursuits Capture Strategist leads identified high-value opportunities from assessment through proposal and interview preparation. This senior-level work partners with CAM teams, sector leaders, technical professionals, pursuit specialists, and executive sponsors. The purpose is to strengthen pipeline quality, market position, and pursuit outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate opportunity assessments and strategic pursuit workshopsResearch projects, clients, risks, competitors, and decision makersActivate pre-positioning and partner engagement after Go decisionsCoordinate pursuit schedules, action logs, deliverables, and intelligenceShape winning stories, solutions, proofs, and team strategyRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline10+ years of relevant proposal, capture, or business development experienceDemonstrated success managing complex capture planning processesUnderstanding of Design-Build and other infrastructure delivery modelsAbility to influence without authority and manage deadlinesBring strategic thinking, competitive analysis, and infrastructure knowledge to TYLin’s major pursuits and long-term growth objectives.
