The Patient Care Coordinator is most often the first person patients will interact with at Aldershot Audiology.

As a family owned and operated hearing clinic we place a high priority on building a personal long-term relationship with the people we serve.

The right person for this role will be friendly and genuinely interested in helping us create a professional environment with a personal caring touch.

The Patient Care Coordinator should be organized and self-motivated. They will work directly and indirectly to assist Shanni Philp (Co-owner and Doctor or Audiology).

Regular tasks include (but are not limited to):

  • booking appointments and follow-up appointments.
  • Receiving payments for services and sales
  • 3rd Party Billing (DVA, ADP, WSIB, Private Insurance)
  • Hearing Aid and Equipment orders
  • Helping to keep patient files updated and organized
  • Assisting Dr. Shanni with different administrative tasks
  • We will provide training for this position

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive wage
  • Flexible start date
  • Negotiable hours. Our hours of operation are 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday (Closed Saturdays and Sundays)
  • We are also closed each year December 24 to the first Monday in January.
  • This position is part time, with the potential of full time.
