I handle both temporary and permanent recruitment in the Greater Montreal area.Mission Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for financial and management accounting, supporting decision-making within the organization. Your responsibilities: Supervise and manage the accounting department team within a finance department of approximately 40 employees; Be responsible for financial management, including the budgeting process, financial planning, cash management, and the production and analysis of financial statements; Establish and maintain the necessary controls to ensure the completeness and reliability of the financial information produced; Actively participate in optimizing accounting processes and implementing new technological tools to increase the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of financial information; Act as an advisor to other managers to support them in decision-making and operational processes. Your profile Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting combined with a recognized accounting designation (CPA); Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in a similar role; Experience in improving accounting and financial processes; Teamwork, leadership, organizational, attention to detail, and prioritization skills; Demonstrated results-oriented approach; Analytical skills and sound judgment for problem-solving; Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
