Lead fleet operations through dispatching, scheduling, and worker supervision in a permanent full-time position with early morning, morning, and day hours.
This Fleet Supervisor position requires secondary school graduation and two to less than three years of experience. You will coordinate repairs, rentals, materials, equipment, and supplies while supporting productivity and product quality. The work includes supervising truck drivers and staff across various responsibility areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise workers and projects involving truck drivers
- Coordinate and schedule operational activities
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice
- Coordinate repairs and rentals
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Requirements:
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- Two to less than three years of experience
- Class 5/5F/G licence
- Valid driver's licence
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Office, Outlook, and Word
Use organized fleet supervision, dispatching, and coordination skills while supporting workers, safety, repairs, and daily operations.
