As a key member of the Jayman BUILT team, you'll report to the WenDi Marketing Manager. This role focuses on customer service, guiding clients through the architectural selections process. You will leverage strong relationship-building skills while providing essential pricing for upgrades and selections. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with selections of exterior finishes
- Provide pricing for chosen upgrades and selections
- Obtain sign-off on customer selections
- Submit architectural selections for developer approval
- Understand and apply architectural control guidelines
- Proven customer service and relationship skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to meet deadlines with high-quality work
- High attention to detail and organization
- Experience in estimating new single-family homes is an asset
