Become the Technical Integration Champion at Viafoura, a remote full-time role that combines frontend and backend development. Resolve client issues directly using Vue and Java, impacting customer experience significantly. At Viafoura, you'll support customer success while operating as a hands-on developer. This position enables you to use your problem-solving skills to triage issues, make immediate fixes, and enhance our CommunityOS platform. Collaborate with the TI team and engage directly with clients to ensure quick resolutions without relying on lengthy engineering cycles. Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage and resolve customer-reported issues across implementations
  • Write, test, and ship code changes in Vue3/TypeScript and Java
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for faster issue resolution
  • Track and document key fixes and solutions in knowledge base
  • Spot recurring patterns to reduce issue volume
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in software development with JavaScript and Java
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in diverse environments
  • Familiarity with Git and REST APIs
  • Excellent communication skills with clients
  • Ability to thrive under shifting priorities
