Lead custom framing sales and team coaching as a full-time Framing Manager at Michaels in Winnipeg. Build customer relationships while creating solutions for art.
As Framing Manager at the WINNIPEG-CROSSROADS store, you will lead framers and support the Store Manager. The position combines custom framing, sales leadership, workload planning, inventory processes, and customer service. You will help deliver high-quality framing solutions on time while managing team KPI performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach framers on selling behaviors
- Assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions
- Plan framing workload with the Store Manager
- Drive custom framing sales and team KPI achievement
- Manage inventory, shrink, safety, and MOD responsibilities
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- Previous custom framing experience preferred
- Retail management experience
- Experience leading a sales team
- Ability to lift boxes and frames and access high shelves
