Lead automotive lube service at South Trail Chrysler using strong mechanical skills and attention to detail in a busy service environment.
This Lead Lube Technician guides the express lube team while performing accurate repair-order work. You will coordinate workflow, support technicians, and maintain quality and safety. The position requires automotive industry understanding, customer communication, and organized prioritization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and mentor Lube Technicians
- Coordinate workflow and assign daily repair orders
- Perform quality checks against dealership and factory standards
- Communicate between lube bay, advisors, and Shop Foreman
- Maintain clean, organized, stocked, and safe work areas
Requirements:
- Previous Lube or Express Technician experience
- Dealership or busy service environment experience
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer-first attitude
- Ability to lift tires and heavy equipment
