About Titan Trailers Titan Trailers Inc. is a leading manufacturer of custom aluminum trailers in Ontario. Known for innovation, quality, and durable lightweight designs, we manufacture high-performance trailers for the transportation industry. We are currently seeking Aluminum MIG Welders for our Trailer Framing teams at our Tillsonburg and Delhi facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Perform aluminum MIG welding to fabricate and assemble trailer frames and structural components . Fit, position, align, and weld aluminum components according to blueprints and production specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings. Measure and verify component placement to ensure trailer frames are assembled accurately and square. Use grinders, drills, sanders, saws, and other fabrication and power tools to prepare and finish components. Inspect welds and completed assemblies for quality, fit, and structural integrity. Identify and correct welding or fit-up issues as required. Work safely around large trailer assemblies, welding equipment, material-handling equipment, and other manufacturing operations. Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

MIG welding experience, with 2 years preferred . Aluminum MIG welding experience is an asset. Experience with structural fabrication, trailer manufacturing, or heavy manufacturing is an asset. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings. Comfortable working with measurements, layout, and basic shop math. Experience using grinders, drills, sanders, saws, and common fabrication tools. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Reliable, dependable, and committed to regular attendance. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a production team. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred

Experience

Aluminum trailer manufacturing. Trailer frame or structural assembly. Aluminum fabrication and fit-up. Understanding of weld symbols and fabrication drawings. Experience measuring, laying out, squaring, and assembling large fabricated structures.
