Appnovation teams work with organizations in highly regulated industries, including global leaders such as Pfizer, Google and AstraZeneca, to help them adopt AI they can govern and own. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Junior Accountant supports the company’s day-to-day financial and administrative operations, with a focus on accurate, timely accounts payable processing. You’ll be a key point of contact for suppliers and internal teams, helping ensure every bill is paid correctly and on time. This is a full-time role. Reconcile and process credit card statements and supporting receipts Support preparation for the year-end audit Take on additional duties and ad hoc projects as needed A college or university graduate in Accounting; 1-2 years of relevant experience is an asset Proficient in Excel Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment Experience with Salesforce/Certinia is an asset Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is not only something that we embrace
