This full-time summer student program places you on a cross-functional team addressing real RBC business challenges. You will organize projects, build business cases, develop prototypes, and prepare stakeholder pitches. The program also encourages design contributions throughout product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and immerse yourself in real business challenges
- Organize and manage your team’s project
- Build business cases and fully functional prototypes
- Collaborate with business, data, and programming specialists
- Present strategies and solutions to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Current post-secondary enrollment with specified graduation dates
- Ability to understand and communicate business values
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking, time management, and leadership skills
- Teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
