Lead environmental services with expertise in infection control and housekeeping procedures across afternoon and evening shifts. This full time salaried contract runs for 12 months.
As an Environmental Services Supervisor, you will manage personnel functions, coordinate housekeeping and porter services, and oversee site costs. The work includes occupational health and safety, laundry management, inventory, staffing coverage, and assignment priorities. You will support service standards through training, communication, and operational follow through.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage interviews, hiring, evaluations, and personnel actions
- Coordinate housekeeping and porter services
- Maintain site budget costs and expenses
- Order supplies and monitor inventory costs
- Train staff and support cleanliness standards
Requirements:
- At least two years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of housekeeping, laundry, and infection control
- Understanding of occupational health and safety
- Budgeting and profit and loss awareness
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
