This senior engineering role supports Qualcomm’s central SoC digital hardware organization. You will work across emulation tools, synthesis, place and route, constraints, clocking, timing closure, and waveform generation. Collaboration spans architects, designers, verification engineers, software engineers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop uniform methodologies for emulation build generation and debugSupport FPGA-based emulation platforms across various configurationsPerform pre-silicon enablement and bring-up for new SoC designsBring up FPGA emulation and prototyping hardware and softwareDebug low-level software, hardware, and digital circuit issuesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree and four years of related experienceMaster’s degree and three years of related experiencePhD in Science, Engineering, or related fieldExperience with Verilog, SystemVerilog, C, Python, and TCLExperience with Xilinx or Intel FPGAs and timing closureApply emulation methodology, FPGA prototyping, and system debug expertise to Qualcomm SoC pre-silicon development.
