Support customers in English and French with empathy and confidence Coordinate roadside assistance, including towing, tire changes, fuel delivery etc. Deliver a positive customer experience while balancing quality and efficiency Learn new programs, build your skills, and contribute to continuous improvements Strong bilingual communication in both English & French and listening skills Calm, empathetic approach to helping people High school diploma or equivalent Customer service, contact centre or related experience is an asset As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and opportunities designed to support your success and enhance your overall experience with us. Overnight opportunities offer: Consistent 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift with two set days off Higher overnight compensation Dedicated remote work opportunity, with occasional on-site training as required Set schedules with no shift bidding Proudly Canadian, Xperigo has been providing automotive and roadside services in both Canada and the U.
