Support business performance as a senior Human Resources Business Partner through leadership coaching, employee engagement, and strategic people programs. Work four days with client groups or from your home office, plus one remote flex day.
Toromont Cat seeks a senior HR expert to align people strategies with business plans and organizational priorities. You will guide leaders and employees across leadership development, succession planning, recruitment, performance management, coaching, rewards, and recognition. The role supports compliance, safety, employee relations, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement creative people programs supporting business plan goals
- Coach leaders on performance, development, and accountability
- Guide employee relations, HR policies, and legislation compliance
- Use HR metrics to support fact based decisions
- Support organizational, strategic, and technological change
Requirements:
- Human Resources degree, diploma, or equivalent education and experience
- Five to seven years of Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, safety, compensation, and benefits
- Strong legislation, communication, facilitation, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS; valid driver’s license
