As a Staff Software Engineer on the AI team, you will guide production-grade engineering for language detection, sentiment analysis, and machine translation. You will connect Data Science research with reliable systems while advising Architecture and Product teams. The work emphasizes scalable microservices, MLOps, and high-performance NLP workloads.

Design high-throughput machine learning inference pipelinesDefine scalable microservices for global usersBuild model deployment and monitoring frameworksOptimize Python concurrency for NLP workloadsLead design reviews and TDD adoptionRequirements:
12+ years developing enterprise-grade backend softwareExpert Python skills, including profiling and memory managementAdvanced AsyncIO and multiprocessing experienceDistributed systems and microservices architecture expertiseProduction ML deployment and monitoring experienceApply your Python, MLOps, and distributed systems expertise to advance reliable AI products from Vancouver.
