As a Barista at Starbucks, you’ll be at the heart of the coffee experience, engaging with customers and mastering your craft. This is a hands-on position where collaboration and teamwork are key. You will learn to create quality beverages while maintaining store safety and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality beverages according to standard recipes
- Deliver exceptional customer service and engage positively
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Willingness to learn new recipes and techniques
- Commitment to teamwork and collaboration
- Regular attendance and punctuality in shifts
