Medallion is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will handle leasing inquiries and conduct thorough tours of our available suites. You will manage the leasing process, including documentation and follow-ups, while maintaining a professional approach and high standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via various channels
- Conduct engaging tours showcasing property features
- Manage application intake and documentation processes
- Collaborate with teams for seamless move-in experiences
- Maintain clean leasing office and common areas
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or sales roles
- Strong closing skills and professionalism
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays
