In this exciting role, you'll be instrumental in onboarding new users and showcasing the product's value through live demonstrations. As a pivotal link between customers and the development team, you will gather user insights and ensure a superior customer experience. Ideal for a motivated individual eager to dive into product management within the SaaS and AI landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present engaging product demos to prospects and trial users
- Help onboard new clinics and users effectively
- Collect and summarize customer feedback for the product team
- Conduct quality assurance for new features before launch
- Represent the customer's voice in team meetings
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and French, verbal and written
- Passion for AI, user experience, and product design
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable communicating with clients and healthcare professionals
- Experience in tech or customer-facing roles a plus
