Shape the future of radiology education at RADPAIR as an Implementation & Support Trainer. This role focuses on delivering engaging training to empower users on our cutting-edge AI-powered platform. At RADPAIR, we are building a transformative radiology reporting system, and we need an Implementation & Support Trainer with expertise in radiology workflows. You will provide essential training and enablement programs while collaborating with our Implementation & Support team. Your ability to translate complex clinical processes into accessible training materials will create high-quality learning experiences for our users. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive training on the AI radiology platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for training improvements
- Develop training materials tailored to user needs
- Assess user feedback to refine training processes
- Ensure participant confidence in utilizing the platform
- Experience with radiology workflows and technology
- Proven training or onboarding experience
- Strong communication skills in engaging training delivery
- Ability to collaborate well with diverse teams
- Willingness to travel periodically for business
