As a Seasonal Associate, you will understand the needs of customers and guide them towards suitable solutions for their projects. Your ability to foster relationships will drive sales while resolving challenges quickly and maintaining high service standards. You’ll continuously learn about new products as part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through customer engagement and expertise
- Clarify needs and suggest productive solutions
- Keep updated on current sales and promotions
- Take initiative in directing customer interactions
- Produce accurate quotes and follow up as necessary
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills
- Proven sales and customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail in all tasks
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends
