- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Lead Health and Safety risk initiatives for testing designs
- Focus on continuous improvement processes
- Manage departmental budgets and expenditures
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 15 years of experience
- Expertise in aerospace design and project leadership
- Experience in managing high-performance teams
- Bilingual in French and English
- Eligibility for Canadian Controlled Goods Directive
