Key Responsibilities:
- Create and decorate an array of baked goods
- Supervise team members in the absence of a manager
- Maintain excellent customer relations
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
- Oversee product ordering and inventory tasks
Requirements:
- Must have Grade 12 or relevant experience
- Varied experience in bakery and decorating skills
- Successful completion of in-house testing required
- Supervisory experience is a valuable asset
- Certification from relevant courses is preferred
