Join Alto's mission to revolutionize transportation in Canada as a Project Director focused on rolling stock and systems management. This impactful role oversees the Quebec City-Toronto project. As a Project Director at Alto, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of critical work packages in rolling stock and controls. This senior role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and stakeholder management, ensuring all project targets are met while fostering a culture of collaboration. Candidates will thrive in a hybrid work environment while achieving strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with project scope and quality standards
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams during execution
- Proactively identify and mitigate performance risks
- Establish effective relationships with Cadence and stakeholders
- Provide timely updates and support governance initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or similar
- 10 to 15 years of project management experience
- PMP certification advantageous
- Experienced with project management applications
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
