Perform vendor statement reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and support Accounts Payable functions. Prepare customer quotations, enter sales orders, and support the order fulfillment process. Conduct inventory counts, reconciliations, and variance analysis to ensure inventory accuracy (critical requirement). Utilize Sage 100 or a similar ERP system to manage inventory, accounts payable, purchase orders, sales orders, and customer quotations.
