Lead print services at Staples by coaching customer engagement and sales execution while maintaining operational excellence across the store. Guide associates and customers toward effective solutions.
As a Print & Services Supervisor, you lead teams across print and customer service areas. You supervise production, customer-facing interactions, cash and print operations. You also teach products, services, and selling trends while supporting store programs and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach the store selling model and customer-first engagement
- Supervise print production and customer-facing interactions
- Execute and communicate flyer and promotional items
- Lead cash and print areas toward goals
- Conduct associate training and support continuous development
Requirements:
- Three-plus years of retail customer service experience
- Prior supervisory and coaching experience preferred
- One to two years in print communications
- Working knowledge of graphic design principles
- Computer and printing equipment technical acumen
