Senior Director, Trading Market Risk Management

Ensure effective team management by creating a motivating environment that reflects your qualities as an accomplished leader.
Identify and develop business opportunities in your market, grow your client base, and establish business development strategies in line with the Bank's directions.
Identify and manage risks inherent to the sector's activities.
Ensure visibility and promote the Bank's products and services to various external stakeholders.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will act as a leader for the international trade development team. Our training programs are based on on-the-job learning to help you master your role. You can access personalized training content to support your continuous learning. Bachelor's degree related to the field and 10 years of relevant experience.
Master's degree related to the field and 8 years of relevant experience.
Significant experience in international trade (Documentary Letters of Credit, Standby Letters of Guarantee, Supply Chain Financing, Government Guarantee Programs, etc.).
Knowledge of international regulations and business practices.
Market analysis and international trade development strategy skills.
Experience in personnel management.
Experience in sales coaching.
