Our client seeks an experienced Senior Manager, Data Governance to establish and operationalize the enterprise governance framework. The role partners with business, technology, security, risk, privacy, and compliance teams. It drives accountability, transparency, regulatory alignment, analytics, and AI initiatives through well-managed enterprise data.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and continuously improve governance frameworks, policies, standards, and proceduresEstablish stewardship and ownership programs across business domainsLead data quality standards, monitoring, remediation, and improvementManage metadata, business glossaries, catalogs, and ownership programsReport governance maturity, adoption, stewardship, and quality performanceRequirements:
Seven to ten years in data governance or related disciplinesEnterprise governance framework and stewardship operating model experienceData quality framework and program development experienceMetadata management, business glossary, and catalog experienceBachelor's degree in a related disciplineShape enterprise data accountability through governance, stewardship, quality, metadata management, and cross-functional collaboration.
