Contract: 12 months
Pay Rate: $23-$28 per hour

We are hiring 3 professional and results-driven Outbound Call Agents to support a leading financial-services organization. In this role, you will engage with existing and prospective bank customers, identify their needs, promote suitable banking solutions, and provide timely follow-up support.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Promote banking products and services, including credit cards, loans, insurance, and deposit products.
- Follow up on account inquiries, applications, and service requests.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, fees, and eligibility requirements.
- Verify customer information while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM and banking systems.
- Meet daily call-volume, quality, customer-service, and performance targets.
- Escalate complex inquiries or customer concerns to the appropriate department.
- Follow banking policies, privacy regulations, anti-fraud procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Post-secondary education- High School a must.
- Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and discussing financial products.
- Customer service, call-centre, sales, or financial-services experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate data entry.
- Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment.
- Results-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working toward performance targets.
- Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, or weekends when required.
