Supervise peeler crew and mobile equipment operators Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and inventory management Ensure adherence to health and safety standards Plan production and manage workflow effectively Complete daily production reports and participate in meetings
Requirements:
Proven experience in operational supervision Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage inventory counts efficiently Transportation to Prince Albert mill required Lead the operations team by ensuring safety and productivity at Doman in Prince Albert.
