Ravago is seeking a Site Leader for the P2Z railcar loading facility in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. This role oversees the transition from construction to sustained operations and leads day-to-day operations, staff, and continuous improvement while ensuring safety and quality.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of operations leadership in petrochemical/logistics, strong HSE culture development, and proven abilities to manage budgets and complex stakeholders including Dow and logistics partners.
