- Define and design new pixel layouts and architectures

- Perform device and optoelectronic simulations comprehensively
- Create and assess experimental protocol splits
- Mentor and lead junior team members in projects
- Doctorate specializing in semiconductor device physics
- 3+ years with TCAD and optical simulations
- Expertise in image sensor design practices
- Familiarity with design of experiments methodologies
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork
