Become a vital part of Rona and ensure exceptional customer service by supervising our front-line teams. With your organization, attention to detail and communication skills, you'll train our associates to make every visit a positive experience

Supervise frontend staff to ensure service standards are being maintained
Oversee register coverage and store supply usage
Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing any issues
Understand, train and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising)
Train and mentor new associates
Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly

1 year of retail experience
~1 year of experience in team supervision
