In this role you will work inside a major Canadian retailer, meeting customers where they shop and helping them discover a financial product from one of Canada's trusted brands. If you love sales, enjoy face-to-face conversations, and want a role where your results directly drive your income, this is for you. Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through the features and value of our client's creditcardproducts Ask the right questions to understand each customer's situation and make a relevant, helpful recommendation Serve as the product authority inside the store, knowledgeable, approachable, and credible Consistently meet and surpass personal sales targets while championing the client brand Create positive, memorable interactions that leave customers feeling well-served Adapt your engagement style to connect with a wide variety of customers throughout the day Develop reliable, productive partnerships with retail store staff Safeguard customer data andmaintainstrict confidentiality in every interaction Travel to and support multiple store locations across your assigned territory as needed A flexible work schedule with hours available Monday to Sunday, 9am to 9pm Permanent full-time or part-time positions so we can build careers, not just jobs Uncapped commission on top of a competitive hourly base so the harder you work, the more you earn Fully paid, structured training from day one plus ongoing coaching and skill development A clear path to advancement within one of Canada's leading sales and marketing agencies The opportunity torepresenta household-name Canadian brand with a loyal customer base Those with a hunger to keep learning through coaching, feedback, and hands-on experience Prior experience in customer service or sales is a bonus; A vehicle or driver's license is an asset but not a barrier to applying Permanent full-time or part-time positions available Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, 9am to 9pm
