Support Allstate customers remotely by taking first notice of loss reports and explaining claim processes for non-complex auto and property claims.
As a Claims Service Representative, you will answer customer questions, update claim information, and provide general process guidance. You will contact customers and claim-related third parties while meeting quality and process standards. The role also includes clerical work, correspondence, and claim-file administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take first notice of loss claims for auto and property files
- Explain basic claim processes and provide general information
- Answer questions about policies, processes, and next steps
- Update claim information and obtain necessary file details
- Schedule inspections or arrange mitigation services when needed
Requirements:
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Bilingual English and French communication skills
- Strong oral and written communication competency
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and high volumes
