Utilizing your understanding of G-code and CAM software, you will focus on both high-volume and intricate projects while collaborating closely with engineering teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize CNC programs in G-code and CAM
- Read and interpret CAD and engineering drawings
- Setup machines for efficient operation and high quality
- Perform inspections to verify part specifications
- Collaborate on various machining projects
Requirements:
- Red Seal Machinist (Journeyman) certification preferred
- At least 5 years of CNC machining experience
- Expertise in G-code and CAM software programming
- Capable of interpreting engineering drawings
- Detail-oriented and strong in problem solving
