Lead residential renovations in Edmonton through carpentry, project supervision, and hands-on construction work across changing client projects. Monday to Friday scheduling applies.
Benjamin Matthew Contracting seeks a Carpenter / Supervisor for residential and light commercial renovations and new construction. You will coordinate with the Project Manager from commencement through finalization while completing framing, demolition, construction, and finishing. The work combines construction labour and daily supervision across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate initial project commencement with the Project Manager
- Complete demolition, framing, construction, and finishing work
- Supervise daily activities across three to four projects
- Represent the company professionally with all stakeholders
- Support consistent quality and minimize construction delays
Requirements:
- More than five years residential renovation construction experience
- Carpentry trade certification or relevant construction experience
- Ability to schedule, report, measure, and work safely
- Clear professional English communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
