Become a Direct Care Worker with Sunny Field Residential Homes in Arizona. This full-time role focuses on providing care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. As a Direct Care Worker, you will have a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 10 PM. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring health and safety, administering medications, and supporting residents with daily activities. A valid driver’s license and background checks are mandatory qualifications for applicants over 21 years old. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor health and safety of residents daily
- Administer prescribed medications accurately
- Prepare meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Transport individuals to appointments and events
- Engage and interact with individuals actively
- Clear criminal and central registry background check
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- High School Diploma and minimum one year experience
