In this full-time position, you will play a critical role in shaping training initiatives that support organizational goals. Your experience in adult education and hands-on training will help create a culture of continuous learning among staff. You'll collaborate with all departments to ensure effective training solutions meet the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging training plans
- Analyze learning needs for strategic alignment
- Coordinate hands-on training and job shadowing
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments
- Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education or social sciences
- 5 years in an operational role plus 2 in training
- Strong knowledge of learning principles and educational design
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Previous unionized training experience is an asset
