- Engage in research for water and wastewater projects
- Analyze data to support engineering solutions
- Write technical reports for project documentation
- Collaborate in equipment selection and sizing
- Participate in mentorship and skill-building events
- Pursuing a degree in Environmental Science or similar
- Experience with industry-standard equipment
- Strong focus on detail and quality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt
