Key Responsibilities
Provide consistent support and encouragement to young people Build meaningful relationships and offer emotional support Complete and update care plans regularly Record children’s information accurately using electronic systems Support light housekeeping and a welcoming home environment
Requirements:
Full UK Manual driving licence required Previous experience preferred, including personal caring experience Ability to work towards Level 4 Children’s Residential Care Excellent verbal and written communication skills Availability for overnight sleep-ins and periods away from home Bring patience, consistency, digital recording, and communication skills to support children with complex needs at Lavender. #J-18808-Ljbffr
