- Assist students with special needs to promote their independence
- Customize support according to individual learning requirements
- Perform demanding physical tasks, including lifting and transferring
- Collaborate with educators while working independently when required
- Execute additional duties as per the online job description
- Minimum educational qualification of Grade 12
- Relevant experience or training in educational assistance
- Possess patience and a complementary attitude towards children
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Capable of functioning both independently and as part of a team
