Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of warehouse performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency
• Collaborate with Procurement, Retail, and Supply Chain teams
• Manage inventory accuracy and transportation logistics
• Mentor high-performing teams and foster a safety culture
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 8-10+ years in logistics or supply chain management
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems
