You will enhance IT operations by designing, managing and evolving database systems. You will ensure data security against cyber threats while supporting business intelligence activities through data analysis and exploitation. You will also mentor junior team members. University degree in IT, statistics, finance or related field 8 to 12 years of relevant experience Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, cloud platforms (Azure/Fabric) Knowledge of data security best practices Expertise in Power BI (M and DAX languages) Ability to design data models and dashboards Excellent communication, autonomy, analytical mindset Bilingual FR/EN Permanent full-time position Compensation according to internal policy [to be confirmed with client] Employer contribution to RRSP (5%) Comprehensive group insurance 3 weeks vacation (6%) Profit-sharing program Telemedicine and EAP
