Luxury Experiences is hiring a Weekend Reservations Manager as its second hire. You will answer guests across phone, text, and email while coordinating yacht charter bookings. The work centers on hospitality, luxury service, partner operators, weather changes, schedule changes, prices, and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer guest questions by phone, text, and email
- Turn guest questions into Caribbean yacht charter bookings
- Confirm trips with partner operators
- Handle weather and schedule changes
- Follow up on unfinished bookings and spot problems early
Requirements:
- Based in Toronto and available every Saturday and Sunday
- Hospitality, luxury service, hotel front desk, or yacht charter experience
- Warm, confident phone communication guests trust immediately
- Sharp attention to dates, prices, payments, and booking details
- Calm, decisive approach when plans change at the last minute
