Lead visual merchandising efforts at Canadian Tire Group of Companies in Edmonton, AB. This full-time role focuses on exceptional customer service, inventory management, and team development. As a Department Manager in Visual Merchandising, you will ensure high service levels through the Five Star Solution model. You’ll oversee product merchandising and inventory accuracy, while actively guiding and coaching your team. This role demands a proven retail manager with a background in driving sales and exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Five Star Solution customer service
- Manage inventory movement and accuracy processes
- Coach and develop store team for growth
- Ensure compliance with operating procedures and policies
- Promote a motivating and positive work environment
- Minimum 2 years in retail, ideally at a supervisory level
- Proven track record in business growth
- Strong customer service skills and mindset
- Interest in sports or sporting goods is an asset
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
