As a Night Server, you will lead by example and ensure efficient guest service, meeting our high standards. You will guide guests through food and beverage options, assisting with wine or spirit selection to provide an exceptional experience. Deliver selected items to guests in a manner suitable for fine dining establishments. We value hospitality professionals who embody the West Coast culture and pursue excellence. Our ideal candidate has: Previous experience in fine dining restaurants, where they have honed their skills and delivered outstanding service. A good knowledge of food, wine, beer, and spirits, allowing them to make informed recommendations to guests. An appreciation for detail, ensuring that every aspect of the guest's experience is tailored to their needs. A valid Serving It Right Certification and Sommelier Certification (an asset), demonstrating a commitment to quality and expertise.
