- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Arrange payment and delivery details through outbound calls
- Support sales team with order processing and updates
- Communicate proactively with internal departments
- Maintain accurate customer files and order information
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Call centre experience preferred
