Elevate your career with Smoking Gun Interactive as a Senior Game Designer. This remote role seeks a creative expert with deep experience in game design for mobile platforms.
As a Senior Game Designer, you will collaborate closely with the Lead Designer and other disciplines to bring innovative, high-quality games to life. Your role involves designing systems, level mechanics, UI elements, and more. You will also synthesize gameplay data to propose improvements and enhance player experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design and production teams to fulfill creative visions
- Develop and document gameplay mechanics to final quality
- Analyze gameplay data and provide design improvement suggestions
- Communicate design ideas effectively across teams
- Liaise between the design and QA teams for seamless execution
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of game design experience
- Proven work on at least 2 shipped mobile and PC titles
- Strong understanding of UI-centric game design
- Proficient in balancing complex gameplay systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
