Key Responsibilities Learning & Development Participate in mentorship, training, and professional development activities. Build proficiency with internal systems, processes, and tools. Collaboration Work closely with colleagues across departments. Assist with planning, implementation, and problem-solving in day-to-day operations. Demonstrated interest in financial markets and alternative investments. Prior industry experience is an asset, but not required.
